Your privacy is important to us. For this reason we will not share any information you provide to us to any outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete an order (some of our items are made and shipped by outside vendors).
We use your personal information (address, etc.) only to ship the product.
Information you provide to create a personalized product is only used for that purpose and only disclosed to the recipient (when shipping a gift).
We only use your email address to answer the email we receive, we will not share or sell your email address.
Shipping: Most of our items are custom made, we will make them when you order them. Please keep this in mind when placing your order to make sure you have your items in time for your event. Most items ship in 7-10 business days. Some items may take a little longer, this will be stated on the item page. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will be glad to accomodate a rush request if possible.
Returns: We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items we can accept returns upon approval (a restocking fee may apply). The cost to ship the item back is the customer's responsibility. You must contact us prior to making your return. Absolutely no returns on custom or personalized products, this includes items that are made to order
